Exploration of the Mystical Teachings of Christ

The teachings of Christ show a way into deep intimacy with God. They are actually a means for gaining intimacy with God through love and eventual deification; union of mind, will and heart with God. Deification is a state of full participation in the life, love and power of God in this life. This is the purpose to which all of Jesus's teachings are oriented.
In this class we spend an hour in deep meditation, read scripture, hear instruction on how this applies to the contemplative path and share our experiences on this journey.
Attendance to the Wed night class for a period of time is required before attending Thursday group.

If you are new to “The Center arrive at 5:30 for instruction by appointment only. Please call Clinton to set this up before attending.
Wed night is period of instruction and guidance for helping to deepen ones prayer life. We read a small section of scripture and or from one of the Saints and then practice contemplative prayer for about 45 minutes followed by a chance to share ones experience with the prayer life.
emotional healing
This a meditative form of energy work designed by Clinton that helps heal emotional wounds and trauma. It can also help with speeding up the process of getting into deep meditation regularly.
The client lays on a padded table fully clothed to receive the work.
Spiritual Direction
Individual spiritual direction is available to people who feel they would like a more intensive period of guidance or instruction for personal issues that relate to the path of union spirituality and healing. This is not a counseling session, it is more a case of spiritual guidance that often can be so necessary on the spiritual path. It could also be said to be energy work because this kind of session is done in intense presence and awareness of the Divine and is based on the three foundational practices taught at The Center, these sessions are more than just talking, they also have power in them.
PRIVATE GROUPS & SPEAKING ARRANGEMENTS BY REQUEST
Clinton particularly enjoys doing beginners classes for groups of friends, families, kids or work acquaintances. If you are part of a group that is interested in meditation instruction call and inquire for more information.
